The Moab Nest offers a peaceful and private escape with incredible 360° views, tucked against the Moab Rim just 10 minutes from downtown. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a scenic place to work remotely, this elegant basecamp gives you the full experience of Moab’s high desert landscape. Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets with views of the La Sal Mountains, Arches National Park, and Hidden Valley. Two trailheads for hiking and biking are just a 5-minute walk away.

The main living space features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a central island and high-backed stools, perfect for meals or remote work. The kitchen includes a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, and grinder—everything you need to prepare a great meal while enjoying the views.

The home has two bedrooms and one full bathroom, along with a laundry room for your convenience. Each bedroom features a queen bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets, a 40” smart TV for streaming, ceiling fans, reading lamps, and storage drawers.

The first bedroom includes a workstation with an office chair, a bedside table, and a cozy seating area with two chairs and an ottoman. The second bedroom offers two bedside tables, a dresser, a closet organizer, and a loveseat.

Just outside the front door, you’ll find a private 12x12 cedar deck—perfect for relaxing and taking in the desert light. There is outdoor dining and comfortable seating (seasonal), along with two zero-gravity chairs ideal for stargazing under Moab’s dark skies.

On the ground level, there is a stainless steel BBQ grill, additional seating, and secure bike storage. Local wildlife such as chukars and rabbits are frequent visitors and add to the charm of the property.

The home includes reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work and video calls, along with central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. There is also a washer and dryer and plenty of parking.

If you plan to have an additional overnight guest not included in your original reservation, there is a $25 per night fee.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please drive slowly on the property, as wildlife and a few friendly outdoor cats may be nearby.

The Moab Nest is more than just a place to stay—it’s a peaceful home base surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in Utah.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
